Returns

We hope that you will love everything you purchase from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 60 days of purchase with all tags attached. (no printer required)

We understand life can sometimes get ontop of you, so we promise to be as understanding and as flexible as we can be to accommodate your return.

Cost of returning your item:

  • If you returning your item for an exchange returns are free
  • If you returning your item for a refund all returns are £2.50 to cover the cost of the postage back to us, automatically deducted from your refund amount.
  • If you are returning your parcel from abroad, method and cost of returns will lie with you, not TLC.

Please note: we cannot refund any swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed for health and safety reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors. Any items of clothing returned without the original packaging and swing tag attached will not be refunded.

Refunds

We provide full refunds on any garments you are not 100% happy with. Refunds will be returned using the same method as the original payment.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase. To exchange a garment please return the item following instructions in the portal. All exchanges are sent out at no extra cost to you, and you won't be charged to send the item back to us.

Return T&Cs

There is no need to call us if you want to return an item.
If you’d like to return your parcel at your own cost, we recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Return Address: TLC Sport, TLC House, Earls Barton, Northampton, NN6 0HF.
Garments received not in resaleable condition will be returned to you.
Returned goods can be sent back within 60 days of receiving your order.
We aim to process all returns same day received.
Should items returned require professional cleaning, a charge of £10 will be deducted from the refund and you will be notified .
