Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges Policy
Please return the garment you wish to exchange., stating clearly the size and colour now required. All exchanges are free of any extra postage & packaging charges. When returning goods we recommend you obtain a proof of posting. You pay return postage, we pay exchange postage.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods will be exchanged by return and your postage refunded.
Guaranteed Satisfaction
If you are not 100% happy with your garments, we will honour any request for an exchange or full refund within 14 days, provided the garment is returned in perfect condition.
Refunds
We provide full refunds on any garments you are not 100% happy with. Items must be returned to us in re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. An administration fee of £2 will be charged for refunded items. Refunds will be returned using the same method as the original payment. ie. credit cards will be refunded to the card or a cheque sent to refund a cheque payment.
Returns
All returns are processed same day, whether a refund, exchange or new order.
