Delivery & Depatch Times
Telephone orders completed before 5:00pm are processed same day. All web orders placed before 3pm are processed the same working day, those placed afterwards are processed the next working day. Out of stock items are despatched as soon as stock is available.
Despatch
Most orders are despatched by Royal Mail first class post and sometimes where applicable by recorded delivery. Higher value orders are despatched by National courier and require a signature.
Guaranteed Next Day
This service is available at an extra cost of £8 added to the normal p&p. Order MUST be received before 3pm for this option.
International Orders
TLC supplies sportswear all over the world. Postage charges may differ from country to country so please email and we will advise the International Postage charge.
Standard Postage Charges
1 to 4 items £5. 5 to 10 items £7. P&P over 10 items £10. Footwear add £3 per pair. Mainland Europe add £10. Rest of World add £15. If the cost of postage is above these values we will contact you prior to despatch.
Same Day Processing
All orders received before 3pm on a working day will be processed the same day (otherwise the next working day). Part orders will incurr no extra/further postal charges.
